How do I create my first approval form?
Navigate to your dashboard and click "New Form". You can add fields, configure approvers, and customize the workflow. Once ready, click "Publish" to make it available for submissions.
Can I set up multiple approvers?
Yes! Prexel supports both sequential and parallel approval workflows. You can add multiple approvers who can review in order or simultaneously.
How do approvers get notified?
Approvers receive email notifications when a request needs their review. You can also enable Slack notifications in the integrations settings.
Can I track the status of my requests?
Absolutely. Every request has a detailed timeline showing when it was submitted, who reviewed it, and what actions were taken. You can view all your requests in the dashboard.
What happens if an approver rejects a request?
When a request is rejected, the submitter is notified with the rejection reason. Depending on your workflow settings, they may be able to resubmit with modifications.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. We also offer SSO integration and maintain strict access controls.
Can I integrate Prexel with other tools?

How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Settings > Billing in your dashboard. From there, you can view available plans and upgrade instantly. Your billing will be prorated.
