By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

You have the legal right to collect and share data about your End Users with us.
You will provide accurate registration information.
You will keep your API keys and account credentials secure.
You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service generally, and all content including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we be liable to you for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site.
