What if a document is completely illegible?

If our system cannot confidently read the data (e.g., a heavily damaged physical receipt), it flags the document in your dashboard for a quick manual review by your team, ensuring bad data never reaches your ERP.

What happens if I go over my monthly document limit?

We won't cut you off. Overage documents are simply billed at a flat rate of $0.15 per page. If your volume consistently grows, we can easily upgrade you to the next tier.
